About Reverie
Of course, any good confection is a treat for more than the tongue. Alisha's intense training, combined with her extensive experience in high-end patisseries in the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland, Oregon, enables her to create sweets as sensual to the eye as they are to the mouth. And yet, Reverie avoids the visual excesses so often indulged in in the contemporary pastry world, focusing instead on the harmonious and disciplined restraint of the minimal.
The visual elements of Reverie Patisserie products also reflect a passionate interest in the natural world, and often find their inspiration in flora and fauna. This engagement with the natural is also reflected in the patisserie's exclusive use of organic ingredients.
Each treat is created from locally sourced ingredients using proprietary recipes, then decorated, finished and packaged by hand. The painstaking process involved in the creation of all Reverie products results in treats delightful to every sense.
