Alisha Williams, owner of Reverie Patisserie, recognizes that. In her recipes, Alisha strives to recreate the flavors, the textures and the sensations of childhood so that the first touch of caramel to tongue brings more than a rush of intense flavor—it brings a rush of memories.
About Reverie
Of course, any good confection is a treat for more than the tongue. Alisha’s intense training, combined with her extensive experience in high-end patisseries in the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland, Oregon, enables her to create sweets as sensual to the eye as they are to the mouth.
The visual elements of Reverie Patisserie products also reflect a passionate interest in the natural world, and often find their inspiration in flora and fauna. This engagement with the natural is also reflected in the patisserie’s use of organic ingredients whenever possible.
Each treat is created from locally sourced ingredients using proprietary recipes, then decorated, finished and packaged by hand. The painstaking process involved in the creation of all Reverie products results in treats delightful to every sense.
